Osmo Polyx®-Oils are the developed from natural oils and waxes to provide the most hardwearing and durable protection for wooden flooring and furniture.

The sprayable version of the renowned Polyx®-Oil, with a high quality, durable, microporous oil and wax combination. Resistant to water and dirt, is hardwearing and smoothens wood surfaces. In comparison to conventional finishes, the natural vegetable oils and waxes allow for an even colouring and a harmonic, smooth surface result. Does not crack, flake, peel or blister.

Osmo Spray-Wax is ideal for all timber in indoor areas, for which a durable, low-maintenance and hard-wearing surface is necessary, e.g. stairs, furniture, table tops, kitchen worktops, toys, parquet, flooring etc. Especially well suited for use in wet rooms, such as baths and kitchens.

Drying time: Approximately 6-8hrs

    Finished surface in 1 day, 2 coats

  1. First coat: apply with a cup spray gun, airless/air mix or HVLP (Can also be applied with a brush or cloth.) Application amount depends on the wood species and surface, among other factors, approximately 35 - 40 g/m2.
  2. Allow for good ventilation while drying.
  3. Intermediate sanding: at least P220
  4. Second coat: apply with a cup spray gun, airless/air mix or HVLP. Amount depends on wood species and surface, approximately 35 - 40 g/m2.
  5. Allow for good ventilation while drying.
